Glass Art Exhibition organized by Glass Art Studio 2 Gallery and Woonsocket Glass Manufacturing

A very special evening took place on November 3rd, 2016, when 3 forces joined efforts to highlight the unique creative opportunities available for Glass-Art! Dip-Tech, a pioneer of Digital Ceramic Glass Printing; Woonsocket Glass Manufacturing (WGM), Whitinsville, MA, a Dip-Tech customer; and Miss Jean Scott from Glass Art Studio 2, a glass-artist that enjoys Dip-Tech technology as part of her artistic work. All three collaborated to bring new ideas and innovation to this distinctive art medium.

83 Guests participated in the event: Architects, Designers, Project Managers, and Property Owners, from the Boston Design Community. They were introduced to various glass decorating processes, such as: digital printed glass, cast glass, UV Bonded, stained glass, etched and carved, back painted, mosaics, blown glass, and combinations of the above listed. Many of the glasses were printed with Dip-Tech technology. The event was designed to raise awareness to the many technologies available to artists and designers that will help realize their creativity and artistic designs.

The evening included a presentation by Architect Niv Raz, Head of Demand Generation Division at Dip-Tech, who was introducing digital printing solutions for architectural applications. This technology is already proven in thousands of projects around the world. Dip-Tech New Era Technology is especially fit for internal-design applications and art work.
