As a first step, please reach out to our Service Dept. describing the issue you’re experiencing and specific symptoms. If possible, please provide relevant images/videos of that issue.

Our Service Dept. representatives will get in touch with you to provide you with relevant advice/procedures to take.

If needed, Dip-Tech’s technicians will connect to your machine remotely for further, deeper check and support.

In complicated matters, an Augmented Reality software will be used to guide you step-by-step until you are satisfied with the solution provided.

Ink Orders:

Our production is currently unaffected by the situation and orders can be placed as usual through regular channels. Please be advised that due to flights limitations, shipment lead-time is now longer, and shipping costs are higher.

Should Ferro/Dip-Tech suspect production might be influenced by future developments, we will advise our customers in advance so that you can make the necessary arrangements accordingly.
